For best printing results, please follow this guide:
- Send actual photos vs screenshots
- Send high resolution images with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
- Do not crop or resize images.
- Do not send images that are dark, blurry, pixelated or low resolution as they will not print well.
- Very close up or zoomed in photos may not work. We need to be able to adjust the photo to the design.
- The clearer and more detailed the image, the better it will appear.

Mugs made with sublimation ink can last years with the proper care:
- Hand wash only.
- Do not use abrasive sponge.
- Do not microwave.
- Do not leave in car in extreme heat, it can cause the ink to reactivate.
