Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Crafty Bling Studio! We're committed to ensuring your order reaches you in time so you can start to enjoy your handmade goodies. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 1PM EST on Fridays, will be shipped the following week.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Continental U.S. Shipping
Rates:
- Flat Rate Shipping: $6.00
- Orders over $50: Ship for free
Transit Time:
We ship from Boston, MA and use USPS Priority Mail service. Transit times can vary between 2-3 business days depending on your location.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and P.O. Box addresses may take 7-14 business days.
Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once shipped, transit time and tracking information are beyond our control.
Note that nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to be able to offer this in the future!
Tracking Your Order:
Upon shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this information to monitor your order’s progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking status to update.
Address Changes:
Ensure prompt delivery by verifying your shipping address at checkout. Unfortunately, address changes cannot be made once the order has been placed.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes:
If you live outside of the U.S., you may incur additional fees such as customs, duties and/or import taxes when your package arrives. You will need to pay these fees in order for customs to release your package.
Crafty Bling Studio does not have any control over customs and how quickly they will process your package. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you how much you will be charged as these fees vary depending on your location.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
Crafty Bling Studio is not responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order is lost, stolen, damaged during shipping or you receive a delivery notification but did not in fact receive your order, please consult with the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot replace orders at this time. Save all packaging and damaged goods for carrier claims.
Returns/Exchanges:
We create personalized and handmade products tailored just for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refer to our Refund Policy further details.
