Refund policy

We take pride in creating personalized and handmade products tailored specifically for you.  As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Quality Assurance

We are dedicated to delivering top-notch products, but in the rare event that your order is defective or an error has occurred, please reach out to our customer service team at info@craftyblingstudio.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order.  Please include photos showing any defects.  We will promptly address the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on completing the return process.  Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

The color of items may appear different from what you see on your computer/mobile device due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions.  This is not considered a defect in the product and will not be subject to return. 

Items that are returned must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. 

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its status.  Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your return to be processed.  You will have the option to either receive a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange. 

Keep in mind that the processing time for your refund by your bank or credit card company may vary.  Once an exchange is processed, your order is no longer refundable.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth return process.

Crafty Bling Studio is not responsible for return packages that get lost or damaged in the mail. 

Order Accuracy

Prior to completing your purchase, please review your order details carefully.  Double-check and confirm the accuracy of all personalized details, including size, color, and the spelling of your name.  Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or offer refunds for inaccuracies.
