FAQ's

  1. How long does it take to process and ship orders?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays).  Orders received after 1PM EST on a Friday, will ship the following week. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days.

  1. What shipping methods do you offer and how much do they cost?

We use USPS Priority Mail to ship our orders.  We charge a flat fee of $6 per order.  If you place an order totaling $50 or more you will get free shipping.

Expedited shipping options are available during checkout with UPS and USPS.

  1. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to be able to offer this in the future!

  1. Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you need to cancel your order, please immediately email info@craftyblingstudio.com.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your cancellation in time as we strive to ship out orders as soon as possible. 

  1. Can I track my order once it's been shipped?

Absolutely!  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.  The tracking status may take up to 48 hours to update once the label has been created. 

  1. What is your return and exchange policy?

  1. How should I care for and clean my items?

Mugs & Tumblers

  • We recommend that you hand wash all of our mugs and tumblers.
  • Do not use any abrasive sponges that may scratch the design/coating.
  • Do not microwave.
  • Do not subject to extreme heat (such as leaving in a hot car) as it can reactive the sublimation ink.

Apparel

  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Gentle cycle or hand wash
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to extend life of the shirt
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not iron the design
  • Do not use fabric softener, scent beads or vinegar as this can cause the adhesive on the design to fail.

Apparel with Rhinestones

  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Gentle cycle or hand wash
  • Hand dry or lay flat to dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not iron the rhinestones
  • Do not use fabric softener, scent beads or vinegar as this can cause the adhesive on rhinestones to fail or cause the stones to become dull in appearance.

Photo Panels

  • Aluminum photo panels are very easy to clean.
  • Use a clean cloth and any all-purpose household cleaner.
  • Spray the cleaner directly onto the cloth and wipe it clean.
  1. Are there any discounts or promotions available?

Any discounts or promotions are posted on the website.  Sign up to receive our emails so you will be the first to know when new releases or promotions drop.

  1. Do you have a size guide for apparel?

Yes, all of our apparel items have a corresponding size chart in the product listing.  If you still have questions about fit and sizing, please email info@craftyblingstudio.com.
