For best printing results, please follow this guide:

• Send actual photos vs screenshots

• Send high resolution images with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

• Do not crop or resize images.

• Do not send images that are dark, blurry, pixelated or low resolution as they will not print well.

• Very close up or zoomed in photos may not work. We need to be able to adjust the photo to the design.

• The clearer and more detailed the image, the better it will appear.

Tumblers made with sublimation ink can last years with the proper care:

• Hand wash only.

• Do not use abrasive sponge.

• Do not leave in car in extreme heat, it can cause the ink to reactivate.
